Peerless Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, Product Support Management to support the F-22 Program Office located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The F-22 Program Office is fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, provide product management and logistics management support for F-22 Sustainment Branch activities in support for the F-22 Program Office mission.
The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 Sustainment Branch operations such as, but not limited to:
Assist in all Government-Furnished Equipment/Government-Furnished Property (GFE/GFP) activities required for contract/program closeout. The Contractor shall assist with all GFE/GFP and Weapon System Prime Contractor/Subcontractor-furnished equipment management activities necessary to successfully develop, manufacture, repair, deploy, and support systems, system upgrades, and both major/minor modifications to system capabilities.
Assist in weapon system bed-down, site activation planning, initial fielding plans, Low Observable (LO) maintainability, depot activation and transformation, and logistics planning studies.
Apply an understanding of weapon system acquisition relative to jet fighter procurement, production and manufacturing management, production system and subsystem integration, production and testing of LO platform weapon systems, and associated risk analysis of hardware and software
Conduct reliability-centered maintenance program analyses, level of repair analyses, and other trade studies. The Contractor shall assist in establishing depot maintenance capability; attaining required maintenance capability for organizational and depot-level on- and off-equipment repair; developing depot support concepts; performing the depot maintenance source of repair analysis (SORA) processes
Provide support for the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts, delivery orders, task orders, and other transactions, to include acquisition/contract strategy development, analyses, RFPs, review of proposals, contract negotiations, and post-award actions as assigned by the Government for weapon system/subsystem acquisitions.
Assist in the collection of programmatic inputs from weapon system program offices for defining, developing, and managing the acquisition and development/ upgrades to the weapon system.
Provide assistance for the development of acquisition strategies that support all aspects of F-22 Modernization programs, across all phases of program execution. These efforts shall include identification and integration of cost, schedule, and performance risk/issues of technologies needed to field modernization combat capabilities, as well as accompanying recommendations for Government consideration.
REQUIREMENTS
Ten (10) years of program management experience with a demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and procedures
Ten (10) years of experience in the field of product management support with respect to DoD programs, preferably with a major aircraft platform (i.e., F-22, B-52, F-16)
Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility if required.
