Pay: 110,000 - 150,000 (OTE)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise), you'll lead the success and expansion of our largest DSO clients. You'll build deep relationships, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Peerlogic’s AI solutions, driving retention, advocacy, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sales relationship with enterprise DSO clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Proactively manage client health, identifying and addressing risks while recognizing growth opportunities.
- Drive customer retention, renewal, and expansion through strategic value realization.
- Conduct business reviews, showcasing ROI and success stories, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing) to advocate for customer needs and product enhancements.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer experience and inform proactive outreach.
Requirements:
- 5 years in a customer success or account management role managing enterprise-level accounts, ideally within dental, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in driving customer retention and expansion.
- Data-driven mindset, adept at leveraging analytics to support client outcomes.
