What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Revit Designer position at PeerSource?
PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Revit Designer on a Direct Hire basis for our client in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities
- Provide BIM drafting and management. Assist with implementation of design solutions in collaboration with staff for design studies, presentations, construction documents and construction administration.
- Consultant interface and management to ensure deadlines are met, and BIM documentation/design quality is maintained.
- Employee mentoring to ensure an attractive, long-term employer for high caliber employees, instruction in BIM processes and applications.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction
- Strong recent experience designing for governmental buildings, such as police stations, community centers, or related
- 5 years of experience with Revit Modeling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or other)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
