Mental Health Peer Support Regional Director

Peerstar is a statewide provider of Peer Support Services (CPS and CRS). We are looking for a Regional Director to lead in the following counties: Blair, Bedford, Somerset, Franklin, Fulton. This position is a hybrid schedule and requires travel throughout the region as needed.

POSITION FUNCTION

• Responsible for the operations, marketing and growth of services and the retention/recruitment of staff.

• $55,000 - $57,000 based off experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of a BS/BA Degree from an accredited university
• At least four (4) years documented experience within a Social Service agency; managerial experience preferred

CLEARANCES REQUIRED

• Criminal Epatch, FBI, Child Abuse, Verify Comply

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• The ability to analyze complex issues and solve them creatively
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must be willing to travel to all counties within the assigned region
