Responsibilities:
This position will play a crucial role in updating our data management projects. As a key player in our team-oriented environment, you will leverage your exceptional computer and typing skills to contribute effectively.
The ideal candidate is unafraid of a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and must be very detail oriented. This position requires organization, a focus around excellence, be resourceful, and have strong follow-through skills. The primary focus will be to support and aid in the data management for the investor experience team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enter customer and account data by inputting text and numbers from source documents.
- Review data for errors or deficiencies.
- Correct inaccuracies and validate outputs.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Must be available to work onsite 100%.
- Confirm and correct data during capture to match document information.
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy rates.
- Meet deadlines and adapt to peak volume demands.
- Follow established processes and procedures accurately.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
Requirements:
- Proficient data entry and typing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at desk.
- Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard and tolerate prolonged periods performing work using a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard.
