Duties

- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Facilitate succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for workforce planning.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage employee onboarding processes.
- Present HR policies and procedures to employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting for HR initiatives and programs.

Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.
