Job Description: Assistant Property Manager
PEG Property Group is a growing company headquartered in beautiful Provo, Utah. We specialize in the management of multi-family and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that is responsible for the management and operations of assigned properties and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience: To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate 3 years of firsthand property management including resident, marketing and financial management including the following:
- Customer Service, new resident, and renewal campaigns/programs
- Managing waitlists, shows, applications, resident interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, move-ins resident relations, vacancies, and renewals
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, codes, etc.
- Rent collection, reporting, and eviction processes
- Understand and assist with managing property Key Performance Indicators
- Assisting in quality control for all operations of property
- Vendor, legal/professional counsel, and utility management
- Experience with reporting, bookkeeping and other tracking systems used for property management.
Additional knowledge/experience:
- Microsoft Office applications, Yardi and/or Entrata
- Superb written and verbal skills
- Some college, associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Recent Fair Housing and industry training.

Physical Characteristics
The position requires the following:
- 80% office work (meetings, phone, computer, etc.)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable for company vehicles
- Standard vision, with or without corrective eyewear
- Standard hearing, with or without a hearing aid
- Ability to climb one flight of stairs and the ability to walk a half mile per property approx. once per week.
