What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep Accounts Accurate – Review transactions, process credits, and update customer records.
- Manage Invoices – Upload invoices and generate property tax invoices.
- Support Customers – Handle billing inquiries, research discrepancies, and provide top-notch service.
- Process Payments – Deposit checks and ensure payments are recorded correctly.
- Maintain Organization – Print and mail invoices while staying on top of deadlines.
- Experience: 2 years of accounting or business experience (or equivalent college coursework).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus Points: Prior Accounts Receivable experience and an Associate’s degree.
