Community and Organizational Partnerships - Build and maintain strong relationships with local Christian communities, churches, and partner organizations.
Development and Donor Engagement - Lead efforts to cultivate major donors, identify grant opportunities, and oversee fundraising strategies and external communications to support ministry operations.
Financial and Board Management - Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting in collaboration with accountants and auditors. Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors and collaborate with them on strategic planning, goal setting, and implementing resolutions.
Government and Compliance Relations - Communicate with local and state government entities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Program Management - Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of ministry programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective community impact.
Risk and Safety Management - Establish and enforce safety protocols to protect staff, clients, and organizational resources.
Staff Development and Leadership - Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of servant leadership, high performance, and engagement.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
