The Role :
As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will lead a skilled maintenance team and work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and maintain a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience : 2-3 years of leadership experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance and repairs of all equipment, such as shredders, balers, shears, cranes, conveyors, forklifts, skid steerers and other heavy machinery.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of industrial equipment, systems, and maintenance best practices.
- Communication : Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate with various departments.
