- Lead and develop supervisors and a workforce of 50 technicians across Press, Welding, and Paint.
- Drive continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and quality control.
- Coordinate workforce resources to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement training and cross-training programs for a versatile team.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring of plant personnel.
- Manage KPIs, cost control, and operational performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO 9000 standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and KPI tracking.
