We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADP along with a strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax reporting, and multi-state payroll processing .
Key Responsibilities :
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 2,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and payroll adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws .
- Manage W-2 processing, payroll tax filings, and reporting , including sales tax compliance.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional support to employees regarding pay, deductions, and tax matters.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and compliance audits.

Desired Skills and Experience
3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
Proficiency in ADP Lyric and Workforce Manager is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, W-2s, tax reporting, and compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment is a plus.
