We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our team with essential administrative and sales-related tasks. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts. This role is open to candidates within 50 miles of St. Louis and will require some in office training in first two weeks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize and distribute sales leads using spreadsheets; import leads into system
  • Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper delegation
  • Create templates for LinkedIn messaging and assist with outreach efforts
  • Confirm attendance for events and assist with outreach efforts to maximize engagement
  • Organize and maintain digital records and documentation
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring key points and action items are captured
  • Handle registration processes for event panelists, ensuring smooth coordination
  • Other various administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of administrative and event coordinating experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and LinkedIn
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
