• Proactively engaging with customers to resolve past-due invoices.
• Investigating accounts, identifying trends, and developing collection strategies.
• Keeping leadership in the loop with detailed reports on overdue balances.
• Digging into customer inquiries by reviewing contracts and account activity.
• Providing quick, clear, and professional support to clients.

• 2 years of corporate collections experience—B2B experience preferred.
• A professional yet assertive communication style.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and meeting deadlines.
