About the Role:
This Temporary Electronic Banking Support Specialist position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing, technology-driven banking sector.
You will work closely with our client to provide critical operational support, including online banking maintenance, fraud prevention, and customer account support.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in banking, customer support, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Banking account setups, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Assist customers with Bill Pay issues, troubleshooting, and contact information updates.
- Investigate and resolve fraud alerts and security concerns, including transactions flagged in the Risk Fraud Analytics queue.
- Support Zelle users with dispute resolution, compliance, and account maintenance.
- Handle Remote Deposit Capture troubleshooting and assist with scanner installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated mobile and online banking concerns.
- Conduct reviews and maintain reports to ensure account information remains up to date.
- Serve as a backup for the Treasury Management Support Specialist, gaining experience with advanced banking products.
- Assist with audit preparation and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Work closely with the Fraud and Security team to enhance risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Online Banking systems, Bill Pay processes, and Regulation E.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Ability to learn virtually.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Mail, and Salesforce.
