General Responsibilities
Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to.
Specific Duties / Essential Functions:
- Sweep, Mop, Dusting, Polishing, Detailing Of Terminal Facility
- Painting Of Terminal Facility
- Landscaping Duties such as watering greenery area, Picking up cut grass and plants
- Patching walls, Replacing outlets
- Fill all dispensers with soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
- Requires employees to bend, reach, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Pushing, lifting and carrying items less than 30lbs.
- Repetitive use of hands, wrist, arms, and legs.
Climbing stairs and ladders. - Use of personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
- Pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds.
Skills & Experience:
- While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity."
- Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
- Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs., and carry 12 lbs. backpack vacuum, as needed.
- Good hygiene skills are required.

Requirements:
- Must complete pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC card, need to be Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen (if applicable).
