Refinished Technician

Job Description:

The Refinished Technician will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes sanding, priming, painting, and buffing vehicles. The Refinished Technician will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and refinish damaged vehicles to their original condition
• Sand, prime, paint, and buff vehicles
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of quality
• Communicate with customers and team members
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in auto body repair and refinishing
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
