The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who require automotive maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients who require automotive maintenance and repair services
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and provide accurate estimates for services
- Communicate with clients throughout the service process to keep them informed of progress and any changes to the estimate
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all service operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
