Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Budtenders at our cannabis dispensary. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right products, and ensuring a positive and educational experience for our valued clientele. No previous experience is necessary, but having some sales experience and an outgoing personality is highly desirable. We are specifically looking for individuals who are motivated to push sales and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods

- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their preferences and needs

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and potential effects

- Actively promote and upsell products to increase sales and meet targets

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations

- Adhere to all applicable state and local laws and regulations regarding cannabis sales

Qualifications:

- No previous experience in the cannabis industry required

- Sales experience is preferred, with a proven ability to push sales

- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

- Knowledge or willingness to learn about cannabis strains, products, and effects

- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all legal requirements for employment in the cannabis industry
