Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Training. This position will lead a small team of QA specialists, develop and manage policies and procedures, coordinate provider network communication, and take on other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, training and leadership coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Assurance (QA) specialists.
o Establish performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
o Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members and stakeholders understand policies, procedures, and best practices.
o Identify training needs and implement solutions to bridge skill gaps.
o Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and team s workflows.
o Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and provider network communications.
o Write, update, and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
o Ensure all policies and procedures align with current regulations and best practices
o Act as a liaison between the organization and the provider network.
o Manage and streamline communication channels with providers to ensure clarity and consistency.
o Address and resolve provider concerns promptly and effectively.
o Conduct new hire training for all new US and Philippines employees
o Maintain and create all training and resource materials in a timely manner
Required:
Bachelor s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, quality assurance, and/or leadership roles.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with provider networks.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
