Job Description

Large painting and waterproofing company based in Fort Lauderdale and we are actively looking for an experienced administrative/accounting assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Monday and Tuesday Mandatory, third day flexible.
  • Knowledge with Accounting, including invoices and billing.
  • Basic data entry

Computer skills, Microsoft Office is a must. (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must have Experience in accounting software programs
  • Must be quick learning
  • Must be organized and efficient

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering phones, taking messages
  • Inputting invoices, various spreadsheet maintenance
  • Occasionally assisting the Owner and Company Executives in daily tasks
  • Filing, maintenance of project folders
  • Timekeeping for field employees
