Pegasus Schools, Inc. Residential Treatment Center is a growing, vibrant environment where up to 200 neglected and abused boys come to live, work, receive an education and treatment for a variety of presenting issues. Whether you join our team as entry level or experienced, we provide on-the-job training for your journey to become a Night Watch Staff.

Summary of Position:

We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to provide supervision to male residents ages 10 to 17 in a therapeutic residential treatment setting during sleeping hours. Shift hours are from 10:00pm-6:00am CST. Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Starting pay without experience $14/hr.

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have Driver’s License/Identification

· Must have High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Location:

Pegasus Schools, Inc. is located on a 105 acres country setting just 3 miles south of Lockhart, Texas. We have lots of outdoor activities including but not limited to ropes/challenge course, climbing tower, zipline, putt-putt golf, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and many more!

Requirements:

Pegasus Schools, Inc. conducts a pre-employment criminal background screening, TJJD fingerprint check, FBI fingerprint check, drug screening, TB testing, and driving record check.
