The Director of Nursing / Health & Wellness Director is an integral member of the management team of their community, contributing health care leadership and expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for residents. The DON / Health & Wellness Director will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of clinical services in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines to foster the highest degree of quality care. He / she will comply will all local, state, and federal regulations and focus on employee and resident safety.
