The Director of Nursing (DON) / Health & Wellness Director is an integral member of the management team of their community, contributing health care leadership and expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for residents. The HWD will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of clinical services in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines to foster the highest degree of quality care. He / she will comply will all local, state, and federal regulations and focus on employee and resident safety.
