Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Memory Care Director located in Marysville, WA. The Memory Care Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of memory care residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and quality of life. This role involves developing and executing programming to enhance the lives of our memory care residents. It also includes providing leadership to the memory care team.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
- At least 1 year of Activity programming and facilitation in a memory care environment
- Proven success in management and leadership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
