Requirements of the Resident Services Director Position :

• Proven success in management and leadership-2-3 years
• Certified Med Aide preferable
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage a team of Care Partners-interview, hire, train, evaluate, monitor and schedule management to ensure full coverage of all shifts
• Maintains a 4-week rolling master care schedule
• Provides new hires with on-the-job training and onboarding in the Health and Wellness and Connections departments including but not limited to Care Partners and Med Techs (or delegated med care partners) under the direction of the HWD.
• Performs duties as Care Partner / Med Tech as needed and as licensure allows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

Salary : $46,000 - $66,000
