The Onsite Supervisor is considered a “Working Supervisor” and is an additional assigned duty usually to the Chief Engineer.

On-Site Supervisor – Fort Smith, AR (Contingent on Contract Award)
Summary:
The Onsite Supervisor is considered a “Working Supervisor” and is an additional assigned duty usually to the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications:
- The Onsite Supervisor shall possess at least three years of recent (within the past seven years) experience in the successful Contract management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings of the approximate size (86,000 Square Foot, multi-story of building or both), complexity (Executive Offices, Multi-building facilities, multi-tenant)and characteristics (historical, high efficiency) for the John Paul Hammerschmidt Federal Building Fayetteville, AR and Judge Isaac C. Parker Federal Building Fort Smith, AR.
The On-Site Supervisor must demonstrate:
The knowledge and ability to supervise and schedule the maintenance and repair of equipment/systems including:
- Phased electrical systems.
- BAS
- HVAC (Boilers, Chillers, AHU’s)
- Fire protection, life safety systems and equipment
- Electricians
- HVAC
- Chief Mechanics
- General Maintenance Workers
The ability to comprehend and converse in English.
