Service Manager - GSA Facilities - Tucson, Arizona (Contingent on Award)
Summary :
This role involves managing tradespeople, staff positions, and subcontractors as needed in the Tucson and Yuma areas of Arizona. The position typically handles challenging projects and performs a variety of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) functions. Additional duties may be assigned.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day operations of the contract
- Attend weekly coordination meetings, as needed
- Serve as Environmental Control Specialist, responsible for tracking, documentation, and disposal of hazardous materials produced while performing preventive maintenance, identifying when new or revised permits are needed, and managing the Certifications and Permits program as required by the contract.
Minimum Qualifications :
As a technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems
Five (5) years' experience as a manager of service technicians and with contracts of similar size and scope.
