Our busy, growing company is in need of a full-time Maintenance/Handyman to join our team. Please see list of qualifications below:
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years minimum maintenance/handyman experience is required
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Must have hands-on experience in some electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and other building systems associated with commercial building
- Knowledge of painting and drywall applications
- Knowledge of janitorial maintenance
- Ability to perform landscaping maintenance
- Ability to work in a high-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
This position will include walking, standing, bending, and climbing (ladders included) and you will often be exposed to the elements of the weather and must be prepared accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
