What You'll Do :
As a Leeann Chin General Manager, you'll be more than just a manageryou'll be a leader, a coach, and a brand ambassador.
You'll :
- Lead from the front : Work alongside your team in both the front and back of the house, fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality.
- Create Raving Fans : Inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service that builds loyalty and generates positive buzz.
- Own the Operations : Manage all aspects of the restaurant, from P L and quality control to safety and cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop Your Team : Coach, mentor, and develop your team members, empowering them to grow and succeed.
