Commercial Inside Sales Representative
Location: 516 E Township Line RdBlue Bell, PA 19422
Peirce-Phelps is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growing Commercial sales efforts. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders, and assisting with technical product inquiries. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with experience in sales, HVAC distribution, or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial contractors, engineers, and business customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate product and pricing information.
- Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, services, and industry trends.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns by providing solutions and coordinating with internal teams.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track customer interactions, sales activity, and order history.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives by identifying customer opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (HVAC or industrial distribution preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
