Our demolition company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to join our earthwork and grading division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for subcontractor coordination, utility locates, trucking and containers, labor and equipment needs, safety, work plans and GC communication.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Schedule and coordinate utility locates to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Arrange for trucking and containers to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Coordinate labor and equipment needs for each project
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Communicate regularly with the General Contractor to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in construction as a superintendent
- 5 years of experience in earthwork and grading preferred
- Ability to operate, maintain, and diagnosis heavy equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
