What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman position at Peitzmeier Demolition?
Peitzmeier Demolition, a local, family owned demolition and grading contractor is looking for an Interior Demolition Foreman to join our team. Position will be primarily responsible for leading a crew of 3-5 laborers for interior or exterior demolition, daily production and hours tracking. Ideal Foreman will have previous experience with HCSS or similar Project Management software. Work is based out of Omaha with some travel outside the metro area. Typical work week is Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with plenty of OT available if wanted.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License with ability to obtain company insurance
- Bilingual is a PLUS!!!
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate an iPad preferred
- Experience leading a crew a PLUS!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
