As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
• Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, along with an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to thrive under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
