Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dynamic dining environment.
*Employee will also be receiving daily tips other than the hourly pay.
*Starting shifts begin at 10:30am to 2:30/5pm. Second shift 5pm to 9:30/10pm
*We will provide detailed info when asked to come to an interview.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong guest relations skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation
- Willingness to assist with bussing tables when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
