High Profile International Bank seeks Application Developer with strong Project Management skills.
This role is great Project Management/ITIL/Scrum Manager type hybrid role that would be a wonderful match for an Applications Developer who has some related project management skills.

In summary, you will:
- Implement and manage Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management.
- Maintain and improve the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Oversee the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring best practices are followed from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate ITIL practices into the SDLC.
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT services meet their requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Experience that includes 5 years of relevant work experience.
- In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server) and software development tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management.
- Experience with version control systems Team Foundation Server (TFS) and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as documentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously.
- ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) preferred.
- Experience managing a team.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
