About the Position:
To provide day-to-day office support to the Principal, Assistant Principal and staff including, but not limited to: general office duties, greeting guests to the school, answering phone calls, processing of purchase requisitions, budget preparation, management of student activity accounts, support of administrative team in planning and preparing for awards ceremonies and graduation, submission of work orders for technology and facilities, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; strong computer skills, interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask are required. One to three years prior experience is preferred. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Please note this is a full-time, year round position working 7.5 hours per day (7am to 2:30pm), 260 days per year.
