Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? : Yes; Float to 3rd floor or 4th floor our med / surg tele units.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted : No; Must be 75 miles from facility
Pending License accepted : Yes; Must obtain prior to starting
RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
Job Requirements
Certs REQ : ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH
License REQ : RN License
Schedule Information
ONE OF THE BELOW IS REQUIRED : 2 additional shifts per 6 weeks OR 2 on-call shifts per 6 weeks.
In accordance with the federal mandate, COVID-19 & Flu Vaccination is required, or declination on file
SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.

Qualivis : Proof of I9 or Attestation
Qualivis : Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
Qualivis : Proof of Everify or Attestation
Qualivis : Required only if used on the I9 as supporting documentation.
Qualivis : Required for all candidates. AHA required, RQI acceptable.
