Join Our Team as a Youth Hockey Coach!
Do you love hockey, working with kids, and creating memorable experiences on and off the ice? We're looking for part-time Youth Hockey Coaches who are passionate, energetic, and ready to inspire the next generation of players! Whether you’re a former player, seasoned coach, or just a die-hard fan with the skills to lead, this is your chance to share your hockey expertise and have a blast while doing it.
What You'll Do
- Run fun and engaging practices with drills, strategies, and skills-building activities.
- Teach hockey basics like skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing—and cheer for those "lightbulb" moments.
- Coach game strategies that build confidence and bring the team together.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive vibe for every player on and off the ice.
- Be a mentor and role model, helping kids grow into great athletes and people.
- Collaborate with other awesome coaches to create a winning (and fun!) program.
Schedule Details
- Practices: 2 x 1-hour sessions each week (Mon - Fridays, between 5 PM and 10 PM).
- Games: 2 x 1.5-hour games on weekends (one Saturday, one Sunday).
- Tournaments & Showcases: Two to Four weekends a season—travel and lodging costs are covered!
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got solid hockey experience—on the ice or behind the bench.
- Experience coaching kids? Big bonus!
- Available mid-August to end-March in lower Westchester, NY.
- You’ve completed USA Hockey CEP Level 1 and Age-Specific Modules (or are ready to).
- Over 18 with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
- A clean background check and SafeSport Certification (we’ll help you get certified if needed).
- First Aid training? Awesome, but not required!

Compensation: Starting at $1000/month for 5–10 hours/week.
