**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Associate. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-groomed facility for all guests and team members, while assisting with projects both interior and exterior of the building.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including tables, chairs, floors, restrooms, windows, and other areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members to efficiently complete projects.
- Ensure the exterior of the building remains clean and safe.
- Execute duties in a timely manner and remain positive and self-motivated when faced with new tasks.
- Notify management of any deficiencies, needs, or repairs.
- Assist the team in maintaining restrooms and provide support as needed.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the Family of Companies' customer service standard and exemplify Core Values in job duties.
- Maintain general knowledge of Pelican's menu items, events, and community involvement, and provide information to guests as needed.
