POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all HS&E requirements.
Assist Contracts Coordination group with MSA, NDA, and CA executions.
Assist the Branch Manager with executing administrative tasks.
Assist the HR Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs administrative and office support activities for Executive Team (VP of Operations, Branch Manager, and Human Resource Manager).
Provide clerical support to Sr. Administrative Assistant / Sr. Executive Assistant as needed.
Attend meetings, transcribe minutes, and distribute minutes of meetings for the following departments : HS&E, Contracts Administration, Branch Manager, and Human Resources.
Attend monthly Covington Branch Management meetings, transcribe minutes, and distribute minutes.
Master Service Agreement Coordination
Maintain Certificates of Insurance
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Manage domestic travel arrangements.
Provide clerical support to other departments when needed.
Run errands if needed
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by VP of Operations, Branch Manager, and Human Resource Manager.

Education :
Bachelor's Degree (college or technical school) Safety, Business, or other related field : Preferred but not Required
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) : Required
Experience :
5 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Engineering Industries preferred.
Computer Skills :
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), Windows (10 and 11), Internet

Needs to understand contracts, legal requirements, and how to perform the needed duties in a cost efficient way.
