Job Summary :
A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization is guest rooms, common areas and other designated spaces within a facility. They ensure a high standard of hygiene, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- clean and tidy guest rooms, hallways and other assigned areas following housekeeping procedures
- change bed linens, replace towels and restock room amenities
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and surfaces
- dispose of trash
- report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
- assist in laundry service, including washing, drying, ironing and folding linens
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly stored
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with company and industry standards.
- respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous customer service
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in organized manner.
