Server
Position: Full Time / Part Time / Hourly
Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage
Pelican Isle Yacht Club Is a member-owned Private Club in North Naples recognized as the #7 Yacht Club in America and a Platinum Club of the World, with 420 Memberships, 190 Boat Slips, and an established waitlist. The Club is comprised of Members and Employees who are proud of our friendly and inclusive atmosphere, professional organization, and beautiful location.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Servers are responsible for providing food and beverage service to members with a focus on excellence and consistency. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member service with a focus on total member satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous private country club dining experience (preferred).
- Fine dining and banquet experience.
- Must be a team player with an even disposition and ability to remain professional in a busy environment.
- Has a positive up-beat personality.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, service orientated.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lb.
