Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Skills:
- Experience in residential painting with attention to detail.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on repair experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
