Job Title: Assistant Bookkeeper
Location: Reno, NV
About Us:
Join our team at BIggest Little Investments, where we manage a diverse property portfolio. We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Bookkeeper will support our management office with various bookkeeping and account operations. This role includes handling payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scanning and filing, among other duties. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- $21.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: 1 year(s) in bookkeeping (not required, training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with property management or related industries is a plus.
