Outside Sales Representative

Pelican Pest Control is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This position will work within an assigned territory, directly engaging with prospective customers on site.

In this role you will:

• Operate within a designated territory to identify and engage with potential customers through your prospecting efforts.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations to educate customers while developing customized pest control solutions based on their specific needs
• Leverage our proven sales tools and methods to drive productivity and maintain an efficient sales process
• Represent Pelican Pest Control with professionalism and integrity, while adhering to our company values and policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to overcome objections and close sales
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
• Ability to work independently

What Pelican requires in a candidate:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass background check

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary of $36,000
• commission per new contract signed
• Top performers earn $150,000
• Bi-Weekly commission payouts
• Additional performance bonuses available
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match
• Company vehicle provided
• Gas expenses covered
