Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive projects forward.
- Overseas, mentors, and manages program managers and other direct reports, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Develops and maintain comprehensive project portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, budgets, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Proactively identifies risks, challenges, and bottlenecks in projects and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure success.
- Champions a culture of innovation and efficiency by implementing best practices in program management, encouraging process improvements, and leveraging new tools and methodologies.
- Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and drive successful collaboration.
- Analyzes program performance metrics, generates detailed project schedules, and implements course corrections when necessary to achieve goals.
- Ensures optimal utilization of personnel, tools, and budgets to meet project requirements and organizational priorities.
- Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a consumer-based product development environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports, including performance evaluation and development.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic portfolio of projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and applicable project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience in end stage manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

- Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
- Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager.
- Must be flexible regarding working hours. Must be able to work evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
