We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
