Pay: $35,000 to $45,000 based on experience, plus commission
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Repair Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for troubleshooting and fixing technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of roofing repairs.
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair/price leaks
Document all repairs and maintenance activities
Collaborate with other team members to improve the repair process
Run multiple repair appointments daily (Assessing, documenting and performing the repair the same day.
Update files and report to repair manager on each job.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with using Acculynx is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
