We are looking for an eager to learn, self-motivated, teachable, reliable, prompt individual, with at least 2 years of experience in Roof Repair/ Roof Coating application and repair that is looking to get on board a GROWING Company.
Job Position/Type of Work
Roof Repair, but not limited to:
- Some Travel
- Site visits and offer best practices or application process
- Able to provide assistance to gutter crew or Sheet Metal crew if needed.
Skills Required
- 2 Years of Roof Repair (shingle, flat, metal, MOD BIT , TPO, silicone coating)
- Product Knowledge, and best install practices
- Ability to use Roof coating equipment
- Ability to read, understand, work scopes
- Clean driving record and able to pull 20’ Box trailer
- Able to read a tape measure
- Able to climb a ladder
- Able to work from roofs/ heights
- Able to work well with others
- Great attitude
- Able to take direction and instruction from peers
Must Haves
- 20 years or older
- Reliable Transportation
Pay depending on experience with room to grow and opportunity for raise after probationary period.
